Based the custom field drop down value i need to set the below "parent link" type field in jira with behaviours . 

can any help me in setting the parent link type field .

I assume you mean 'behaviours' from scriptrunner?

We used 'behaviours' to make the field mandatory in some issue types: 

But you still need to add the 'parent link' field to your create and/or edit screens
