Hi,
We are using Jira and Confluence to do requirements engineering and issue tracking. In order to deliver software based on requirements for one release we need to baseline the currently valid requirements set. Is it planned to add a configuration management functionality to Jira as well as to confluence? I should mention that we have to fullfil config management rules according to Automotive SPICE.
Currently we just export the Jira tickets to excel and store it in configuration management tool like SVN.
Do you know a better solution?
Best Regards and thanks in advance
Joachim

Hi Joachim,
Our customers have similar requirements. Could you please tell us how your evaluation went? Could Big Picture help you with that?
Regards,
Martin

You can use the Big Picture plugin. There are baselines like in MS Project.

BigP ist cool, but it's a WBS not Baseline.
"configuration management tool like SVN."
SVN is not a CM tool per se... it's a version control tool, but CM is not version control only.
