I created some filters and saved them. When I first load the filter, the correct list is displayed using BASIC view. Great.
If I click and open any issues on the list, when I come back to the list, the page automatically displays the underlying JQL at the top and the BASIC button is disabled. This is new behavior - when going back to the list, I always got back to the view I was originally in (in this case, BASIC).
How to prevent that automatic view switch from happening?
Hi @Marcia Booth, It is a Bug in Jira. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-85520
As a workaround, you can refresh the page and then it will back to the basic mode again.
Thanks @Manoj Gangwar for sharing the link to the bug report. I will be watching it.
Refreshing the page does the trick but I wanted to see if there would be a way to prevent that from happening in the first place. I guess I will keep refreshing the browser until the bug is fixed and the fix rolled out. Thanks!
