Bearer token not working

I am using bearer token in postman to connect to jira api 
this is the URL i am trying to connect with bearer token https://api.atlassian.com/users/{account_id}/manage/profile

i am getting this result->

Did you create your token like described at https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-an-organization-with-the-admin-apis/?
