Behavior script to mandate a field based on a JQL condition

i want to make a field mandatory when a issue matches a JQL condition. any help would be appreciated.

Could you please provide more information on your requirement, e.g. what are you trying to use to check if the issue matches the JQL condition? Is it an issue picker?

Hello Ram,

Thanks for replying. we have a plugin "Enhanced Project Properties". it let us to fix a project property and enable to search issue through JQL.

for instance, if a project is scrum, We can define Project.property : Scrum and we can search issue based on it.

i'm trying to configure a behavior or workflow validator to make a field mandatory when issue matches the JQL " Proejct in Projectproeritykey("Scrum"). otherwise it should be an optional field.
