Best Gantt plugin for JIRA Software

Hi @Tobias Rettensteiner ,

Have you considered Advanced Roadmaps at all? It's now part of Data Center (for on premise) and included with Jira Premium (on Cloud) - see https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/roadmaps/advanced-roadmaps.

Although we don't really consider it to be Gantt per se, it does offer what people ofter what many consider to be a Gantt style roadmap.

thanks for your reply, but I think that we aren´t running Jira on Cloud but on Server. 
Is something like this possible on Server as well?

Up until recently it was available as a market place application for Server and Data Center but things have been changed recently so that it is now included with Data Center and is no longer available as a separate application for Server unfortunately.

• Tracking the overall projects and their iterations/phases thanks to data aggregated on the parent box level
• Explore and compare various plans, schedule alternatives based on changing conditions, and find the best solution.

I don´t know what specific actions are going to be done with the Gantt plugin, I was just asked by a project manager to evaluate the integration of a Gantt-chart in JIRA. So I think that the area of operation isn´t that big.

are a couple of most widely used marketplace applications for Gantt Charts.

There are more applications available on marketplace but that depends on whether you are suing Jira Cloud or Server/DC.
