Best Way to Track Product Increment in a Gauge on a Dashboard

We are using Fix Versions as a way to track our Product Increment, and I am wondering what others feel is the best way to track progress against the PI. I looked at version report and am not satisfied with the results. Any others using a gauge to track PIs?
