Big Gantt is warming up...

I started Big Gantt this morning and it says since a long time and needs timw to warm up. I have recently added it to Jira Cloud on friday, when it opened without any problems or warm up time. Is this normal that it needs warm up time? How long can this take? Thanks

We have had temporary problems that occurred after scheduled maintenance but it should all be up and running now. Should you have problems in the future please check our Status page
