Big IP Edge Client with Jira

I'm am connected to the Big IP Edge client to access my Jira Instance. However, the login dashboard does not load when I am trying to access <ip>/secure/Dashboard.jspa.

However, if I bypass the dashboard page, I am able to access other pages with some luck.

The Big IP Edge client is connected to my Web Server which is then connected to the Application Server

Does anyone have any experience with Big IP Edge Client and Jira to advise what settings I should look out for in Big IP?

I would ask the Big IP Edge company. I'm sure they are able to provide the correct settings.
