Hi All,
I am new to the jira cloud.
I have installed the big picture in my jira cloud,
But the license part is showing an unlicensed product.
By clicking on the Free Trial, The popup with the message Updating will be showing, but the licensing part is showing Unlicenced, and same for the EazyBI
Is there any different method to update the license in a cloud.Help me with this problem.

We have had similar reports from customers and we believe it is a problem on the Atlassian side.
Please make sure you have a valid licence. If you do, than you should open a ticket with Atlassian support and ask them to check things on their side. We can also check your problem but for that we need some more details. Please start a ticket with us through our customer portal and we will do our best to troubleshoot.
