I have just installed the trial version of 'Big Picture' to my JIRA cloud instance. However, I am unable to use the functionality as the add on says I do not have a license.
When raising a support item with the developer, they have advised that they receive the license info from JIRA and are unable to help with the issue.
My JIRA cloud license is valid and active, payment details on the JIRA account are all up to date so no idea why im unable to use this feature.
Has anyone come across this before? If so, what do I need to do to get this working for me?
Any help appreciated!

Could you check the current License status for BigPicture add-on? you can see the add-on status here: https://<instance>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm
Let me know if it states other than "valid".

i have same problem. i use free trial version. I am jira administrator but when go to this link it says that "doesn't have access"
