Big Picture - the hours which i burn at the subtask level are not reflected at the User Story level

Naman Kashyap April 22, 2022

Hi Community,

I am new to Big Picture and am trying to map my existing Jira project with a new program which i created in Big Picture.

One of the initial challenge I am facing it is that once I update my sub task with the Original estimate, remaining estimate and actual estimate - Its not getting reflected in the Big Picture. If i go back to my project and open that User Story, there I can see it but not in the Big Picture.

Am I missing anything in the configuration? Please suggest

@Naman Kashyap Welcome to the Atlassian community

Here is a great article about using time tracking in Big Picture: https://bigpicture.one/time-tracking-bigpicture-biggantt/

If it is not showing make sure that it is configured correctly https://wiki.softwareplant.com/display/DOCUMENTATION/Task+configuration

@Brant Schroeder has shared with you essential information on configuration and a handful of helpful information on Time Tracking.

Did you try to refresh BigPicture? If the values are not reflected after a refresh, please get in touch with our Support Team via our Service Desk, sharing more details (like your instance base URL). BigPicture Team will gladly help you to resolve the problem.
