BigPicture Skill mismatch for issue and user capability

Hi,

If for an issue, I would like to have the "Tester" Capability for eg., whereas for the "Individual-user" I have configured that he/she is a "Project-Manager, Developer. Does BigPicture plug-in check the mis-match and give a warning.

Any urgent pointer will be helpful
