BigPicture recorded an incident March 5th.
The problem is that on our side it is down from match 4th and it's still not working so far. The status page shows "operational" but nothing works, blank page, nothing loading.
Support replies lead nowhere, suggesting that we should "disable the app", that's impossible on the Jira Cloud or "uninstall and re-install", best way to loose everything without taking any ownership.
Are there other people in the same situation ? Is there a way to make things moving at AppFire?

Have you tried logging into an incognito/private browser window → If it loads, it could be a cache/cookie issue. Have you tried checking console logs in your browser?
