BigPicture how to add a Working Schedule template?

Hello, I am wondering how to add a Working schedule template in JIRA 7.1.2 BigPicture?
I'm in JIRA 7.1.2 > BigPicture > Program > Configuration > Working schedule and there's an option to 'Copy from template'.

The text below says: You can copy settings from an existing template. Templates can be added in the plugin configuration. 

I can't ind the plugin configuration to add the Working schedule template? I thought I am already in the configuration?

Templates are set in the global administration, in Add Ons->Working Schedule on the left-hand side (in the BigPicture section).
