BigTemplate allow all user to export

Hi,


we are struggling with the export feature from BigGantt/BigTemplate.
Only the role "Box Admin" can export. Is there a way to also allow the export for the role "Box Viewer"?

Hi @fuessldo

The export option is available to any user with BigTemplate properly installed. What version of BigPicture and BigTemplate you are use currently using? If it's the latest version - 8.4, plugins are compatible and the issue still occurs, please get in touch with our Support Team via our Service Desk, sharing more details.
