Hi,
Our company uses Jira as the default tool for project management. With this we use BigPicture as our planning.
However, after this Thursday BigPicture made a big (automatic) update and suddenly my complete BigPicture planning is unreachable.
I hoped that maybe @Anna-BigPicture could check what is wrong as our complete company is going flat on not knowing what to do right now which is alarming.
We already opened a ticket (SUPPORT-375364) for this, but no luck so far?
All we get after every login is a 'crash-image' with no further info..

Hi Anna,
Thanks for the quick reply, it's good to know you're on top of this issue.
As we are having it all in the cloud, we can't change any MySQL parameters or something I assume?
This means sit and wait?

Ps. I'm very interested in the custom version of the plugin, I have noticed Piotr in the service desk ticket that we would like to receive it.
Thanks!

@frank
Frank, my answer referred to a server version. However, please be informed that our Dev Team has investigated your cloud instance, and it should now be working properly. Could you please confirm?
