Dear Atlassian Support,

 

I've 2 instances running on AWS EC2 one is for Jira and the other is BitBucket - I'm sure that I allowed both machines to talk each other with a security group (ACL) however when I login to Jira, I'm having the error below:

Can you please help me to solve this please?

This is expected. You have to authenticate using a valid Bitbucket user so that an OAuth token is generated. This is a one time step and all users will have to do it once.

Bitbucket uses this token to show details to JIRA user depending on their permission.
