Como faço para bloquear o registro de horas baseado na estimativa original?

Por exemplo: A estimativa original é de 4 horas. Gostaria que fosse bloqueado quando o registro de horas chegasse em 4 horas.

Basically, in the standard functionality, there isn't a way to do this, with automation, for example.

If you have a time-tracking app, like Tempo or WorklogPRO  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212626/worklogpro-timesheets-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview , you might be able to do something.

However, I would tend to agree with what @Trudy Claspill wrote, that the best course of action is to advise people not to log more hours than there have been budgeted.

Occasionally we have all worked more on a task than we thought we would, based on estimate. This should be the exception, which you deal with on a case by case basis. It shouldn't be the norm to log more hours than the estimate and, if it is, you need to revisit how you are estimating to give people the time they need to do their work.
