Board View - Using Filters

My previous admin created a board within the project by filter query, issue type =initiative.

When i try to add issue type = initiative, milestone, my team can`t see the board anymore.

Also the big picture scope also gets affected due to this. What might be the reason?

I found my filter query was set to private. Question is closed. Thank you.
