Board view not showing every epic and issue in the timeline view

Problem

The epics which are showing in the timelinew view are not showing in the board view

Board view : 3 epics

Timeline view : more than 3 epics

Steps or lists that I've already checked

• Checked if the filter is applied : No

  • Besides, the filter is showing only 4 epics in the board view. 

• Checked if the board is not mapped to the same project : No

  • Since breadscrum is the same

• Checked the differences btw the epics showing and not showing 

  • Status : No
    • The 2 epics named by 'QA 완료' is showing in the board view unlike more than 2 epics are not showing in the timeline view 

  • Assignee : No 

    • The epics without assignee may not be showing, but every issue has assginee

• Configured Custom Filter  (Epic search) : No (not showing anything)

  project = 월급학개론 AND (issuetype = Epic) ORDER BY Rank

I had the same issue and solved it by raising the "number of days after issues marked as Done will stop showing in the plan*" from 30 (initial setting) to 300.

The exclusion rules are defined in the "Plan settings" > "Source data"

Can you check in your board settings and verify there is no sub-filter that is filtering these out?

Double check your board filter to make sure it's correct as well. 

Also, if you go to Issues, and just search the project + Epic, do you see the correct list there?

Last, are these Epics done? Maybe you have the board setting turned on where completed cards older than 2 weeks no longer show on the board.
