Boards & Backlog Links have gone missing!

We can no longer see the boards and backlog links in our JIRA projects. The project boards can still be accessed through the 'Boards' menu item but it's not ideal.

Before this arose, I was configuring our JIRA to use Tempo Planner and Tempo teams. Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this?

The icon on the left for the boards are back for us !

Majority of my boards were fixed. One of my boards had the reverse issue where only the Backlog/Active Sprint/Report icons were displaying. After updating the Board filter link to reference the Key and not the project ID this fixed the issue however. Thanks for fixing.

How do you access the "1" and "2" hot key, I don't seem to know how to do this.

A work around in the mean time would be to use the "1" and "2" hot keys. They should already be mapped to your backlog and sprint board respectively. Try it from the project page.

We have 2 Cloud based JIRA instances we are using and both have the same issue identified above. The only way to access the backlog or Kanban view of a board is if it has been bookmarked it seems.

It's affecting my org as well. You can still toggle between Plan and Board with hotkeys '1' and '2'.
