We have several projects and boards that encompass these several projects. Recently, though, the boards disappeared from the project's board selectors. Is there any way to show a board as an option from each project it may encompass?

The answer is that they disappeared because more projects were incorporated into the Board's filter. If a board encompasses more than one project, it no longer appears under that project's board list.

I think there's a bug in Jira where the Jira administrator role is not able to view all boards in a Jira project despite having admin access to the project

Hi @Kmmaughs ,

Can you please check whether this issue is for all users or only specific users. Please check with Jira admin whether anything has been changed with Board shares or filter associated with boards.

Thanks,

Avinash

I realized that this is not possible. If a board encompasses more than one project, it no longer appears under that project's board list. :(
