The Atlassian University offers a number of free courses on administering Jira project which includes information on managing boards and troubleshooting problems.

Beyond that, this forum is a good place to get help with specific questions. It is difficult for the other users of Jira who are members of this community to help you when you ask a very broad question without a specific use case.

I know this is a very negative answer, but have you tried reading the answers you got the last few times you asked the same?

Your repeated questions are being flagged as duplicates a lot, which is leading you towards being banned as a spammer.  

Instead of repeating questions, could you engage on the ones that people make an effort to help you with?
