I am using Run Self-Service Reports for Confluence, and it shows the search option. When I am trying the to search text to search to retrieve its related data (which should retrieve single row), the whole table appears to be the output. Could you please let me know where I am going wrong.?

Could you please try to access the https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/ and check for the All requests from the drop-down (as shown in the below screenshot) and access the SUPPORT-3964
Let us know if you are unable to view the request from there too Also share us the screenshot of the list of issues we are seeing.

We assume that you are trying to access the ticket from the same account (HaRsHaS__V), through which you are accessing this portal.
We added your id as a Request Participant as well. Can you try once again and let us know if that works?
If not, please help us by sharing the screenshot of the error that you are getting.
