Bootstrappingproject creation (project template, pre-population with issues, confluence spaces/pages

Hi all!

Within our company we need to spawn a lot of projects following the same structures (except the name obviously) within Jira and confluence.

Within the Jira project, we would like to use standardized security and notification schemes per default and also some worfklows for issue types.

Within those projects we further need a few issues (e.g., epics) that must be present in all projects of that type.

Finally, i would like to automatically generate a confluence space for this project as well.

How can i enable this bootstrapping of project creation?

Thanks for reaching out to us with this inquiry about standardizing and automating parts of your JIRA project and Confluence space creation process.  I highly recommend that you look into some of our third-party plugins for a solution to this.  Gaia for Jira - Project Template Manager appears to have all of the bullet points for the specific items you brought up:

1. standardized security and notification schemes 
   • Jira Schemes Management

   •  Automatic Jira Issues creation (w/versions and components)
3. automatically generate a confluence space for this project
   •  Automatic Confluence spaces creation
