Both Inward and Outward Description are displayed in linked issues order

I was trying to solve the problem of the order of Link Descriptions  when linking one issue to another to make "Relates To"  the default value.

I found a solution here that suggested changing the Issue Linking Names as they appear to be alphabetical. 

That works however I seem to have created a new problem as both the Inward Description and Outward Description are now displaying.

Nevermind. I think I  can answer my own question. Inward / Outward are directional so you choose to link from either direction.
