Breaking a epic in to stories and stories in to tasks

Hi,

I have created a scrum project in JIRA and created Epics and Stories and linked stories to epics. Now Stories are picked up for a sprint. Now I want to break up the story into a list  of tasks in the project. But I don't see the linkage between the Task and Story.

How do I go about doing this ?

Hi @DEEPAK BHATIA,

you have to create a subtask from within a story. Open the issue-view of the story and then select "Create sub-task" from the More-Menu:
