Broken link inside the Card Colours dialog of our Board's Settings

I've uncovered a broken link inside a Jira dialog. If I go into our Board Settings, and select the Card Colours link on the left, there's a "Learn more about Card Colours" link that goes to the following URL:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRASOFTWARECLOUD/Customising+Cards 

Clicking this link results in the following dialog:

Does Support monitor this community, or should I post this somewhere else for them to pick up.

In this case is better to use the "Give Feedback" option in help link.
