Browse issues without logging in

Being a newbie in Jira administration I have the following question:

How can I browse Jira issues on a website without having to log in as a user?
Just like Atlassian does here:

https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/JSWCLOUD/issues/JSWCLOUD-17064?filter=allopenissues

Does it require a special license or do I have to configure this in a certain way?

Edit your project's Permission Scheme, and add the group "Anyone" to the Browse issues permission.
