Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with the Deployments report in Jira. All deployments are completed through Jira, and they were previously visible in the timeline on the Development tab.

However, starting at the end of March, I am no longer able to see the deployed tickets listed there.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Jira team, could you please investigate this issue and provide assistance? Looks like a product bug

Hi @Iana Ishchuk

I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1135649

I would recommend following up there so that our support team could take a closer look at your cloud environment to better troubleshoot this problem.

Thanks

Andy

Hi @Iana Ishchuk welcome to the community.  I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see any outstanding issues.  I may have the wrong criteria, so take a look out there too, I could have missed it.  I also requested that Support take a look at this.  I'm not having that issue in my instance, but they may be able to check a few other things for you.

Do other users in your instance have the same issue? Have you tried another browser by any chance?  Just trying to eliminate some variables.

Hope that helps.
