Bug. I can't attach a file in the "create task" form

Perhaps the "attachment" field is NOT placed on the create screen. Add this field there and try again to upload an attachment.

Please check if you have "Create Attachments" permission on the Jira project. If you are not the admin, then contact the project/jira admin to check the permissions.

Of course I have permission to add files. Files are not loaded in the "create task" window, if I create a task and try to upload a file in it, then everything is ok. (that is, if I add it already in the created task)
Other types of files are immediately loaded into the "create task" window.
