Bug ticket requires a screenshot

Hello, when making a Bug ticket in Jira Cloud, I have required fields * at the bottom that want an English screenshot and an additional screenshot. However, when clicking into them there is a glitch that does not let me or my team members actually upload a screenshot. 

Is there a workaround? The admin on our team can't seem to fix it either.
