Bugs not displaying in Zephyr squad traceability matrix

Hi, 

I'm using Zephyr squad with JIRA. I've run some test cases which are linked to epics and stories. I have failed tests cases and linked bugs to these. When I check the 'Traceability matrix' section in reporting the 'Defects' column doesn't show any of these bugs. 

Any idea why this may be. I've tried linking the bugs to epics, stories and tests. Nothing is appearing.
