Bugs showing under "Other Issues" on Sprint Board, even though they are linked to user stories

Hi Team,

The bugs are linked to existing user stories under the sprint board, but they still show up in a separate swim lane under "Other Issues" rather than the user story swim lane. Bugs should show up in the same swim lane as it's linked just like sub-tasks.

Because it doesn't show a full picture of the user story and also am curious to understand why do we keep them separate ?

Please advise me.

Hi,

you can see only sub-tasks of the story under the story swim line not linked issues. So you can create new Sub-Task issue type, e.g. Sub-Bug. Don't forget to add this new type to Issue type scheme also.
