Build JIRA Atlassin plugin project with Jenkins Pipline

Could you please help here ?

 

I want to write Jenkins pipeline for build and deploy the jar (Atlassian Plugin project) to artifactory.

 

Problem : While I use mvn clean package ( jta and jndi jars could not downloaded from atlassian sdk from jenkins server)

 

Getting error

Cannot access /atlassian-plugin-sdk-8.2.6/repository with type default using the available connector factories: BasicRepositoryConnectorFactory
