Bulk Operation is very slow

Dear Team,

I am facing this issue of Bulk Operation getting tooo much slow.

We have a Query Management system in which we get queries from different departments  in the CSV file and then we upload to jira through bulk import and after that we assign the issues through bulk changes. but a while ago system starts getting slower day by day and now it is stuck like each issue is taking 1-2 minutes to assign and we have like 500-800 issues daily and i am unable to resolve this issue..

Can anyone please help me out on this.
