Bulk moving unresolved to resolved for previous Sprints

I am trying to bulk move tickets that are unresolved to resolved. Even though the ticket is done, Jira doesn't recognise it as 'resolved' I have added a resolution post function rule so that when a ticket is moved to status 'done' it should pick up as resolved.

i have tried doing a bulk change however  it doesn't appear to change anything if you can please help. I originally wanted to run a report to see created issues v resolved issues in dashboard when i seen there is something drastically wrong. I have added screenshots of each step. I did 1 ticket as a test to see if it moves from unresolved to resolved, however i run the filtered report and the test ticket remains in unresolved

Sprints do not work off the resolution, they work by looking at whether the issue is in the last column of the board.

ok thank you. For reporting, how do i change the resolution status from unresolved to resolved? I am a bit confused why although the project status is 'done', they still appear as unresolved

Thiis is what it says it is - you are trying to search for issues that have the status "complete" which is not in use in the current project and/or issue type.
