Bulk updating the stored repo URLs in Jira’s development panel

We are migrating from our Github repos from an old Github org to new EMU GitHub org. Jira issue contain references to old repos in the development panel. After repo migration , we will need the jira's development panel to reference to new EMU repos. Also we would like to preserve jira issue development history.

Thank you for your question.
The references between Jira development panel and any git repositories is done by branches, commits, and pull requests comments and name.
If you link your new Github following this tutorial the development panel should be refreshed automatically without taking any bulk activities.

I suggest to try before in sandbox connecting a test repository.
