You have not explained what you are expecting, so we can't really start to look at why there might be a problem.

However, we can explain what you are seeing in this chart.  It looks like you started a sprint with no issues with any sprint estimates on them, then towards the end of the sprint, you either added new issues with estimates into the sprint, or you put sprint estimates on some issues in the sprint.
