Button that creates a Confluence page and links it to the issue?

I've seen this button in a demo instance.

What I mean is the Confluence button. It will allow me to choose whether I want to create a page or whiteboard from that issue, and will immediately link them with the issue.

Can anybody explain to me how to enable this feature? It's currently showing in my test instances, but not in our production instances.

I've also checked, and the relevant Confluence Space is also linked in the toolchain section of the project settings.

I'm really love to be able no enable this! Huge productivity gain for me.
