CDL247 error for one of our Users

One of our users unable to load Jira pages, getting the below errorsTesting Transformation discussion.png

 

When I try loading using her account I don't encounter the error. Kindly assist.

@Donny Gison what browser is she using?  If she is using chrome and not logged in using her account that is associated with the Jira product that could be the issue.  Has she tried using a different browser?
