CMJ Error

Hi, Team 
I am trying move my project one environment to another environment using CMJ, While Deploying I am getting the Error like below can any one help on this 

Error- is "Rolling back changes"

              " Unable to perform deployment: Unable to apply change 'type: addition, object: JiraConfigurationRoot#root/JiraProject#JCR, target object: JiraConfigurationRoot#root, feature: projects' "
