We're looking to provide some Confluence page presentation and we'd like to select certain pages which correspond to a JIRA query (i.e. Detailed documentation which is associated with a JIRA EPIC but does not live in JIRA). We'd like to just have an index of all features which are included from that. The identifier lives in JIRA and we'd like to not have to duplicate/mirror/synchronize data between the two instances.
What I'm looking at is exporting the data from JIRA and then running a CQL search against the data in that field. I've tried to export the fields from the JIRA macro and then run a CQL text ~ "data" search but that returns nothing. My assumption is that CQL is limited to the saved data and not dynamically imported data.
Thoughts?
