Hi everyone,
We are looking for a CRM app inside the Atlassian stack. Any recommendations ?
There are so many changes in Atlassian this year and a lot of apps are also making changes so I wanted to reach out to you and hear your feedback if you do use any of the apps.
We mostly need it to add our customers, link emails and update correspondence and we use microsoft outlook, so link mails.
But keeping the customer information in one place is crucial.
I don't want the customers to have access to this.
Thanks
Theresa
I think Jira Service Management assets is a really powerful and customizable way to model your customers and contacts! Assets are flexible enough to serve a multitude of use cases, including CRM. (We ourselves implemented this approach.)
But, there are also several apps to implement CRM within the Atlassian platform or by integration an external CRM solutions.
Hi @Theresa Barnard ,
Toni from Crmble CRM for Jira here. You can upgrade your Jira experience by smoothly integrating contact and deal management into your system. Easily convert Jira cards into comprehensive deals, complete with multiple contacts and Email conversations. You could also connect your Gmail or Microsoft account and let Crmble organize your email conversations by deal and also use templates for consistent communication.
It also gives you the chance of organizing them by oprganization/company and you will get a cool Dashboard to show you Won deals summary.
If you would like to set up a demo or just see how it works please let me know!
Best,
Toni

For a CRM inside the Atlassian stack, try Jira Service Management for basic customer management, or consider HubSpot for Jira or Salesforce Integration for Jira for more robust CRM features.
Both integrate with Microsoft Outlook, let you store customer data, and keep it private from customers. These options should meet your needs without exposing customer info.
