CROWD and Jira\Confluence automatic assign

Hi.

How to add user in access group(jira-users,confluence-users)  when they first time login?

I using automatic assign in groups on CROWD(for applications), and user get groups in CROWD when try to login, but cant login in Jira/Confluence.. Only after complete synchronization user catalog on jira/confluence.

Try chose "Update group memberships when logging in"Every time the user logs in"" - not helped.
