CSV Export does not show the saved filter columns

I am using Jira Cloud. I recently setup around 10 filters and gave permissions to access the filter for those teams(10 Filters created for each team)- 

In the issue navigator , they are able to see the columns saved for the filter, but when they export the filter they are able to see only their defaults. This is pretty inconsistent, sometimes the extract shows the correct saved filter columns sometimes it doesn't. Do we have a fix for this?

Any Jira experts out there to help me on this?
