I am following the example given here (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/import-issue-links-from-a-csv-file-in-jira-server-740262715.html) with a file that imports a long list of issue types foo and bar into JIRA.
On a team-managed project, the links between foo and bar get created. Happy days.
On a company-managed project, I get the following error for every link that it attempts to create:
ERROR - Unable to link issue from foo to bar with link named 'Relates': Cannot find imported issue key for external id 'bar'.
Please advise on how I can replicate on a company managed project, what worked nicely on the team-managed project. Thanks in advance.
Can you provide a sample of your data and how you are mapping the data columns to fields in Jira?
Here's a reference of how you are going to achieve that for Company managed project
Thanks,
Pramodh
