I've just been set up as a Jira user at work, and I want to import tasks from Microsoft Planner to this tool. The issue is that I don't see the CSV import feature anywhere. There's no Import work items from CSV function available under Search for work items, and there's no CSV importer that's explained in Atlassian support (Create work items using the CSV importer | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support). If someone can tell me what user role this privilege is associated with, and the feature's name, I can work with my admin to change my settings.
As mentioned in the document you must have certain permissions in order to access the CSV import functionality; specifically Create Work Item in a specific project and Make Bulk Changes which is a Global permission.
Check with your Jira Administrators to find out if you have been granted both of those permissions.
