CSV Importing Tasks/ Subtasks and IDs and Parent Ids

Based off this example, I understand how to link stories, bugs, Epics, and subtasks using Issues ID's  and Parent IDs, but what about Story > Task > Subtask.

Story and Task are at the same hierarchy level. Both of those can have their own Sub-tasks. In your example you have a Sub-task as a child of a Story. 

To give a Sub-task to your Task (sixth issue) you'd have another row for a Sub-task and the parent value would be 6.
